24 Hour Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation without a penalty only if you cancel by 2:00pm the day prior to arrival. If you cancel after 2:00 pm the day prior to arrival, you will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of 1 night’s room + tax without exception. To recover the cost of a late cancellation charge by the Cardinal Hotel due to a flight cancellation, for any reason, or illness, we encourage you to consider purchasing trip-cancellation insurance. We will not refund a no-show charge incurred due to a booking error made by the guest or the guest’s booking agent.

Check Cashing Policy

The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Package Handling Policy

The hotel will receive packages delivered to guests in house or guests with incoming reservations within the following two weeks.  The hotel does offer limited shipping services via USPS or UPS at an additional fee. Please inquire at the front desk for additional details.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Cashless Property

Please note that from August 1st, 2017, The Cardinal Hotel will not accept cash payment . Only credit card payment will be accepted.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
