Excellent dining is right next door to our Palo Alto, California hotel at Bistro Maxine, a creperie/café that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Cardinal Breakfast, which is available Monday - Friday 7am-11am, Saturday 8am-11am and Sunday 9am-11am. for $15.00 consists of coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, small fruit salad, and choice of eggs, omelettes, scrambles, "crepe short stack", breakfast croissant sandwich or pastry, yogurt and granola.
Guests who prefer something lighter can opt for our $10.00 'grab & go' breakfast that features House coffee or tea + 2 items or Espresso drink + 1 item.
The lunch and dinner menu encompasses salads and savory dessert crepes. Bistro Maxine also offers coffee drinks, beer, wine, and cider. Their coffee and espresso beans are from Barefoot Coffee Roasters, artisan roasters of organic, shade grown, and fair trade coffees in the heart of Silicon Valley.
